Kevin Chambres founded AAA Quality Maintenance Corporation and has grown it into a multi-service, MBE/SBE/DBE-certified government contractor with a documented performance history spanning state agencies, county authorities, and major institutional clients. Kevin holds Water, Mold, Smoke & Fire certifications and is a Certified Trauma and Crime Scene Technician — a rare and valuable credential in the government
environmental services space.
Jerome J. Williams — Director of Government Procurement
Jerome Williams brings over two decades of environmental restoration and government contracting experience to AAA's leadership team. As a Certified Residential Mold Inspector, Water/Mold/Smoke/Fire-certified professional, and former Licensed Public Adjuster, Jerome leads AAA's government contracting strategy and prime-contractor relationship development. Jerome previously operated GIGANTIC Clean Ups & Construction in Hamilton, NJ — a former MBE/SBE-certified firm with documented performance exceeding $100,000 with the Newark Housing Authority. He holds a BS in Marketing & Management from Monmouth University.
